You can contact us about a medical, administrative or prescription issue by clicking HERE.

Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during our opening hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday to Friday between the hours of 6pm to 9am. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.

Public Transport, Car Parking & Access

Public Transport

There is a bus stop in front of the surgery. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

Car Parking

Patient car parking is available at the rear of the surgery building and has disabled parking bays. Parking is limited and only for use while attending the doctor.


The practice is suitably equipped to accommodate patients with disabilities. Access to the surgery is located at the front of the single storey building with a car park located to the rear. The surgery offers two reserved disabled parking spaces, sloping access ramp and disabled toilet.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) works in partnership with patients and staff to help improve services for our patients.

As a patient, relative or carer, sometimes you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice and support.

Telephone 0800 783 2865 Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4.30pm. An answer phone service is available out of office hours. Please leave a message if no-one is available to take your call and PALS will get back to you.
