Public Transport, Car Parking and Disabled Access
Public Transport
There is a bus stop in front of the surgery. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

Car Parking
Patient car parking is available at the rear of the surgery building and has disabled parking bays. Parking is limited and only for use while attending the doctor.
Access
The practice is suitably equipped to accommodate patients with disabilities. Access to the surgery is located at the front of the single storey building with a car park located to the rear. The surgery offers two reserved disabled parking spaces, sloping access ramp and disabled toilet.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) works in partnership with patients and staff to help improve services for our patients.
As a patient, relative or carer, sometimes you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice and support.
Telephone 0800 783 2865 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. An answer phone service is available out of office hours. Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call and PALS will get back to you.
