Surgery Opening Times
Our contracted hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm and our consulting times are between these hours.
Please note that our telephone calls on a Thursday afternoon (1pm to 6:30pm) are answered by the NorthStaffs GP Federation.
Evenings and weekend Appointments
The practice offers evening appointments with Doctors, Nurses and Advanced practitioners across various locations in Stoke & North Staffordshire. Some of these appointments take place at 186 Longton Hall Road (our old premises). At the weekend they take place at Greendock Street.
These appointments have to be booked through your usual GP reception team. They will inform you of the day, time and location of your appointment.
When we are Closed
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
