Workers Appointments
The practice has "Workers appointments" available on a Tuesday night with the Doctor. They are usually between 6.30pm to 8.30pm and can be booked at reception in advance.
Primary Care Extended Access
Evenings and weekends “Your Doctors is not Closed”
If you require medical assistance when the practice is closed during the evenings, at weekends or over a bank holiday period, you can call your local evening and weekend provider "SDUC" Staffordshire Doctors Urgent Care on 111. This service is staffed by local GPs to ensure that all registered patients have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week medical cover.
They will triage your call and decide what action is required. Should you need to be seen you would be given an appointment to attend their base, which is located at: Unit 5, Riverside 2, Campbell Road, Stoke, ST4 4RJ.
When we are Closed
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
